Andy has a successful background in business operations and process & systems and is skilled in organisational definition, development, management and control. His work ethos is to focus on exceeding customer expectations, provide intelligent practical and sustainable solutions using an open but direct approach and to embed these principles throughout all business areas. He uses his qualifications in engineering, excellent knowledge of communication and IT to strive for effective and efficient processes that deliver organisational objectives.

Comfortable engaging all levels of management and board level, he has been Director of his own companies since 2005 and brings the experience from both the public and private sectors within infrastructure, production and projects industries and the Royal Navy. He knows that establishing and managing a confident and able team that is adaptable to change enables the business to effectively achieve their aims.

My skill is in getting the very best from your business, both from the people and from their systems by creating an open culture throughout that generates excellence and improvement. I am delivery focused and support the management and operations of your organisation, enabling the ability to get the right resources to the right place at the right time define and deliver your organisational and project objectives. In my roles, I keep things as simple as possible educating and facilitating any required changes throughout a project.

I'm based in Knaphill, Surrey in the UK and place great value to the relationships I build. I'd like to think of myself as personable and approachable whilst maintaining the professionalism you expect.

I believe that community in any industry is important. That's why I put an emphasis on helping out local companies to build their businesses on sound practice and control. I help them with definition, structure, process and building relations within their local area for mutual benefit.
